Strengthening Service Training to Improve Service Capabilities

Recently, the 2024 summer training sessions were organized in Jinan for the service teams from the Philippines and Australia, successively. More than 30 service workers from the Philippines and Australia attended after-sales service training including visits, theoretical teaching, hands-on practice, and final test.

SINOTRUK has prepared customized training materials in Chinese and English for theoretical teaching to facilitate workers’ understanding and mastery of the content of training; for hands-on practice, workers operated training aids and specialized tools including engines, transmissions, and vehicles with the same specifications and functions for better practice effect; when the training sessions ended, all workers were required to take a final exam and those with qualified results were granted a certificate of completion by SINOTRUK.

In addition, SINOTRUK also arranged visits to the production bases and training centers to help workers acquire a deeper understanding of the company.

Since the beginning of this year, SINOTRUK has been continuously building and improving the essential capabilities required for after-sales services in overseas markets. Multiple training sessions have been organized for the dealership service teams. The after-sales service training has effectively improved the professional competence and service level of the service teams, ensuring their problem-solving ability in a quick and accurate manner as well as thoughtful and attentive service for customers.
